Tapo library adds support for TP-Link's TPAP protocol
The Tapo Rust/Python library now supports TP-Link's newer TPAP protocol, allowing third-party control of plugs and lights even when the Tapo app's Third-Party Compatibility switch is off in many cases. The update follows several firmware changes that had previously broken local integrations and adds support across recent releases v0.10.0 to v0.11.1.
