Swift 6.4 Adds New Language Features and Testing Interoperability
Swift 6.4, currently available as a beta in Xcode 27, introduces several language and tooling improvements, including better C interoperability, simplified OS availability checks, async support in defer, and finer warning control. The release also improves interoperability between Swift Testing and XCTest and claims faster URL parsing and iteration for noncopyable types.
