The Dutch government and NWO have launched and expanded the Tulp Fund with a total budget of 50 million euros to attract top researchers working outside the EU, EEA, and Switzerland. Most of the 34 nominated researchers come from or work in the United States, with fields including AI, quantum, vaccines, energy, health, climate, and democracy.
