Home Assistant Cloud is renamed to Home Assistant Link
Nabu Casa is renaming Home Assistant Cloud to Home Assistant Link to better reflect that it is an optional online service for Home Assistant, not a cloud-hosted version of the platform. The company says the service helps users access Home Assistant remotely and supports the project financially, while keeping the core product local, private, and free from lock-in.
