GitLab releases critical security patches
GitLab has released patched versions 19.5.1, 19.4.3, 19.3.6, 19.2.9, 19.1.9, 19.0.10, and 18.11.13 to address multiple security and bug fixes. The fixes include a critical remote code execution vulnerability in the regular expression compiler, along with several high- and medium-severity issues affecting authentication, access control, cache poisoning, and other components. Self-managed installations are strongly urged to upgrade immediately, while GitLab.com and some GitLab Dedicated tenants are already protected.
