SAP has agreed to acquire Belgian AI company TechWolf, which infers employee skills and work context from business applications and feeds that data into SAP SuccessFactors. SAP says the acquisition will improve HR agents such as Joule by making skills planning, hiring, and team redesign more context-aware and more token-efficient. TechWolf will continue operating independently for now, with co-founder Andreas De Neve remaining CEO, and the deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter pending regulatory approval.
